A blog is a regularly updated website or web page, typically one run by an individual or small group, that is written in an informal or conversational style. Blogs are mostly personal or business related. There are various sites which a person can use to create a blog of their own such as blogger.com and blogbasics.com.

There are many web 2 tools teachers can use to enhance their lessons in the classroom. Blogging is just one of the many. Teachers can ask their students to do their diary, reflections and even other class work using blogs.
